Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, your display name, and the workspace you belong to.
• Creator profile information you type in yourself: your background, interests, how you like to work, what you will and will not promote.
• Things you create in Kreva: products, ideas, scripts, content records, tasks, journal entries, goals and financial figures you enter.
• Research you supply: pasted discussions, notes and links, with names and usernames removed before storage when you choose that option.
• Research Kreva collects for you from public sources and official platform APIs, such as YouTube video and comment data.
• Connected account data, if you connect one: your own TikTok profile details, your own posts and their metadata, and the performance numbers TikTok makes available for your own posts.
• Access tokens for accounts you connect. These are encrypted and held only on Kreva's servers.
• Basic technical logs needed to run and debug the service.

Every item above exists to run the product you signed up for: to recommend what to make next, to plan your week, to help draft content in your own voice, and to show you what actually worked. Kreva does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising.

When you connect a platform account, Kreva asks only for permission to read your own information. For TikTok that means your own profile, your own follower and video counts, and your own list of posts with the metrics TikTok exposes. Kreva cannot read other creators' accounts, other people's private data, or platform-wide activity, and it does not request comment access.

Data from a connected account stays inside your workspace. It is never pooled into shared market intelligence, never shown to another customer, and never used to build a cross-creator dataset.

Kreva uses large language models to summarise, classify and reason over the information described above — for example to turn collected evidence into a plain-language conclusion, or to describe your writing voice. The model is given the smallest relevant slice of your data for the task, and the result is stored in your workspace with a record of what evidence it used.

You can switch personalised AI processing off in Creator Brain. Kreva does not permit its AI providers to train their models on your content.

• Hosting and database: Supabase and Lovable infrastructure, for the application, database, authentication and file storage.
• AI providers: the Lovable AI gateway and, where configured, OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic-compatible model providers, used to generate the summaries and recommendations described above.
• Platform APIs you or Kreva connect to: YouTube Data API, and TikTok if you connect your account. Requests to these go out with only what the request needs.

These providers process data on Kreva's instruction. Kreva does not share your workspace data with anyone else.

Information you create stays until you delete it or delete your account. Access tokens are kept only while a connection is active. Collected research carries a freshness date and is refreshed or expired rather than kept as fact forever. Platform data that has been deleted at its source is removed from Kreva when Kreva learns of it.

Disconnecting a platform account stops all future syncing and destroys the stored access token, revoking it with the platform where the platform supports it. Your existing history in Kreva is left alone, so your past performance records do not vanish.

Deleting imported data is a separate, explicit action. It removes the posts and performance readings Kreva brought in from that connection. Both controls are in Settings → Data & privacy, and disconnecting never silently deletes history.

• See and edit everything Kreva holds about you, from Creator Brain and Settings.
• Turn off personalised AI processing at any time.
• Disconnect any connected platform account.
• Delete imported platform data and imported research separately from your account.
• Request deletion of your whole account and workspace from Settings → Data & privacy.
• Ask us anything about your data by emailing privacy@kreva.app.

Depending on where you live you may have additional legal rights over your personal information. Write to the address above and we will act on the request.

If this policy changes materially, Kreva will show the change in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
